4gl 7.20.UD6

Does anyone (Jonathan again?) know why in Informix4gl 7.20.UD6 in this example: main define test_str char(10) let test_str = "hello" start report report1 to "/home/outf" output to report report1(test_str) finish report report1 end main report report1(f_test) define f_test char(10) output top margin 2 bottom margin 2 page length 66 left margin 0 order external by f_test format first page header print column 1, "First Page Header" on every row skip to top of page print f_test end report doesn't skip to top of page?? Yet, if a print statement or a skip n lines statement is used before the skip to top of page the skip is executed?
