Problem with OpenLinks drivers (and InterSolv, too) using Java

It was very easy to set up however I've run into some problems. I'm using them with = a Java application. Our application runs fine with the Intersolv drivers = provided by Informix. However, when I use the OpenLinks, I get the error message " -1802 = Connection name in use. A connection with same connection has already been made. Each = connection must have a unique connection name. Rename the connection and try = again." I don't know where the connections are named, and I thought I was using = the same=20 connection. Is there some restriction on the Lite version to where = they're unable to work? Also, I've come across one problem in the Intersolv driver using = Informix. When I insert or update a decimal column using PreparedStatement.setNull() = method, I get the error message "[INTERSOLV][ODBC Informix Driver] Character, = decimal, and binary parameters cannot have a precision of zero. Error in parameter = 4." So, basically I can't insert or update null decimal columns using this = driver (unless it is a JDBC bug, which I was trying to determine using the OPenLinks driver). Any help on either of these problems is greatly appreciated! Candy -- Candy McCall ONLINE Computing, Inc. (candym@olcinc.com) PS. I'm using JDBC-ODBC bridge using JDK1.1.6 ------=_NextPart_000_0040_01BD8AFE.1BE412A0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD W3 HTML//EN"> <HTML> <HEAD> <META content=3Dtext/html;charset=3Diso-8859-1 = http-equiv=3DContent-Type> <META content=3D'"MSHTML 4.71.1712.3"' name=3DGENERATOR> </HEAD> <BODY bgColor=3D#d8d0c8> <DIV><FONT color=3D#000000 size=3D2>I've downloaded the Lite Single-Tier = ODBC driver=20 from OpenLinks to evaluate.
