Endura Software, formely FourGen, has a CASE Tool package that does this. I'm not sure if they sell it independently from their Enterprise package anymore though. You might check with Data Pacific who acquired the source to the CASE Tools and have made enhancements to them. Check out http://www.datapac.com/dpprod/dpcase.htm I believe there is also a package called 4gltools and I can't remember who wrote it, that is either free or inexpensive.
