Well, they're going to call support in the morning. But they have no support contract (yes, we'll be trying to sell them one!), so they're likely to be charged a small fortune. Also, the UK sales and marketing people are all in Las Vegas on a jolly, which means the administration of same will be even more viscous than usual.
