MULTIPROCESSOR 1 (if server dedicated for DB)
NUMCPUVPS 2 (there are recommendations NUMCPUVPS=#HWCPUS if #HWCPUS <=3)
IMHO NUMCPUVPS 1 maybe would be better cause
2 CPU isn't 4,8 and more - overhead may be greater then benefit
SINGLE_CPU_VP 0 - depends on NUMCPUVPS
NOAGE 1 (if supported - see $INFORMIXDIR/release/en_us/0333/IDS_7.x)
