Problem remote connect with ISQL

Hi All, I copied informix stuff from Informix Server on Solaris to an other Solaris machine. The second Solaris machine will used as client. I configure $INFORMIXDIR/etc/SQLHOSTS and /ETC/SERVICES with the name and location of the Informix Server. When I launch : isql db_server_name - I get the error connection message "908: Attempt to connect to database server (videodncsDbServer) failed. Bad file number" thanks for any help, I am wating for your response friends !!
