Here's one: If someone wants to run some 4gl programs developed under I-4GL and some under 4GL RDS (maybe they buy a product compiled using I-4GL, but do inhouse development using RDS on a smaller machine with a cheaper licence) then do they need _both_ I-4GL and RDS run-time licences?
