That error 28 refers to writing the shmem.xxx file (the /tmp file system is
full, but that happened AFTER your problem).
If you post the af.xxxxx file (not the whole thing if it is huge! Most of
the time, the huge ones are just the same info over and over again) we'd be
able to give you a better idea of the problem. The information in your
online.log will generally be pretty generic.
