Problems with logical log backup

We have a Informix 7.31 FC2 Instance in HP-UX 11.0. We run backups with OmniBack 3.1. Logical log backups starts with log_full.sh - script. Now we have problems in backups when system is in heavy use. Backups starts normally but after a few seconds they are aborting.
