>(keyword NULL doesn't do it either)
Well, I can only say that on the Sun running 5.01.UC1A2 OnLine and ISQL
4.10.UC1, I do not have any such problem.
I can create a table:
create table tab01
(
col01 serial not null,
col02 char(1) not null,
col03 char(1)
);
and a form:
database db01
screen size 24 by 80
{
col01 [f000 ]
col02 [a]
col03 [b]
}
end
tables
tab01
attributes
f000 = tab01.col01;
a = tab01.col02, include = ("", "A", "B");
b = tab01.col03, include = ("", "A", "B");
end
Using this, I can enter null into col02 or col03, but the database refuses
to insert the data unless there is a non-null in col02 -- which is exactly
what I'd expect.
Please test this scenario on your platform, and give details of platform
and versions if you still have problems.
