numeric conversion

Hello. I have what I think is a simple question, only I'm having a lot of trouble finding an answer. All my dates are saved as type numeric. I would like to convert some of the fields to "date". I cannot find the correct syntax to perform this conversion. Can it be done? Thanks, Michele <michele.orcutt@windmere.com>

Sorry for my bad english. May it can help. A date is in fact an integer, the number of days since the 01/01/1900. So : DEFINE result DATE DEFINE to_convert INTEGER FOR, WHILE, FOREACH ...
