Hi all,
In my database I want to know the tables that they were not used for a long
time. I have tought to use the next statement :
select tabname,isreads,iswrites,isdeletes
from sysmaster:sysptprof
where dbsname=<my database>
and tabname in (select tabname from systables
where tabid >99)
order by 2,3,4
What do you think ? is this table (sysptprof) gives realy the statistiques
for tables since the engine is online ??
thanks for any help

Yes, I think that sysptprof only holds data for the time the engine is
online. I believe that sysptprof isn't really a table, but is one of
the pseudo tables that actually references a shared memory structure.

sysptprof can definitely be used. Keep in mind that its values get initialized
by the "onstat -z" command or if you restart your instance.
