I tested having the blobs both in the tablespace and in a separate blobspace. I found that the tablespace blobs gave us better insert and query performance. The downside of this is that your Online buffers will get filled with blobs and not be as effective for other queries. However, in our case, our other applications were not affected. ___________________________________________________________ Jay Aymond United Life & Annuity Insurance Company Email: jay@ulife.com
