Re: Is there a gateway issue?

This is not an IIUG filtration problem Gumby. Honestly, there is no filter on the gateway that I can locate. Besides, two posters have indicated that they were losing posts from a direct Usenet feed also. I suspect that the IIUG's Usenet source is one of the problematic ones. I will see what can be done. I have had trouble myself over the years with Usenet. At Bloomberg I had a direct Usenet connection set up for me (the only one in the company - wonder if they are still paying for it LOL) and every once in a while I'd lose 1/2 or all of the posts for a few days until I noticed and had our network admins call them. It seems that Usenet was bought by someone (Verizon I think) and they never pay any attention to those servers at all, so sometimes they just stop working and no one notices until some user calls in. Anyway I'll see what I can do. Art Art S.
