Hi Is anyone know of any site that has good resources/references about the administration of Web Datablade ver 3.x with NSAPI, other than the downloadable manual from www.informix.com?

You might check out the book "Dynamic Web Programming Using Java, JavaScript and Informix" by Graham Harrison, Informix Press. There are some useful sections related to configuring NSAPI web data blade. I believe that it is primarily focused on v 4 of web data blade, but it may also cover v 3.
