Nope. Absolutely not. Oracle import/export uses proprietary files. These
are Oracle binaries, images of a specific instance at a given point in time.
If you want to load an Informix format 'export' file try using SQL*LOADER
instead. Read all about it in the Oracle Server Utilities manual.
