There is a download of ISQL for Linux available from the IBM web-site. They don't make it easy! Almost everything worked fine, but what I'm still missing are the Informix tools for reports (saceprep/sacego) and forms (sformbld/sperform). In the DEC Version these programs are identical copies of 'isql', which is part of the Informix-SQL Package (I-SQL). The internet page of IBM says that I-SQL is now part of Informix 4GL. So I downloaded a trial version of 4GL, but there seems to be neither 'isql' nor the other tools in it. Was 'isql' discontinued? Are there other tools to compile and use ACE-reports and forms?
