First of all I want to say that I am not supporting Datagoob in his discussion and just want to learn something as I do lot of time in this NG. I read Jonathan's "FAQ's About comp.databases.informix and informix-list@iiug.org" and couldn't find enything about e-mail adress format. Quote: "The informix-list@iiug.org mailing list is a bi-directional gateway to the comp.databases.informix (c.d.i) UseNet news group." I don't want to argue about that any more and just want to clarify this. So, please answer me clearly: - if I put a question on the newsgroup and it is gatewayed to you through informix-list, will you answer to my e-mail adress or to informix-list? - if you answer to informix-list I realise that answer will be forward to c.d.i. and my e-mail adress is not important. Is it correct or not? nebojsa On Thu, 1 Apr 2004 17:23:25 +0100 (BST), malcolm weallans <malcolm.iiug@btopenworld.com> wrote: > >--0-576219233-1080836605=:50176 >Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 >Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit > >When you put an answer on the newsgroup it is gatewayed to the informix-list mailing list.
