RE: INFORMIX SE vs INFORMIX OnLine

I guess you'd sum it up as: If you're doing system stuff (like DBA) then OnLine has a lot more complexity and functionality, if you're writing 4GL or only dealing with something very internal to the database (i.e. not anywhere near being an operating system issue, such as how a table is defined by create table statement), then there should be very little or no difference,but I haven't used SE much.
