Re: I-CONNECT & Business Objects

I don't know of a way to do this with I-CONNECT. You can, however, use Business Objects with Informix through an ODBC driver. With OpenLink, the performance is better than I-NET used to be (I don't know about I-CONNECT) and you can specifiy a PDQPRIORITY using the sessions rule book by user, host name, application, etc. HTH -- Irwin Goldstein Objective Software Systems, Inc. http://www.objectsoft.com Jeff Craig <settler@hobbes.dbintellect.com> wrote in article <58pr2n$648@cssun.mathcs.emory.edu>... > > Does anyone know how to set PDQPRIORITY when running Business > Objects through I-Connect to a database on a UNIX server? > > Business Objects is running on a Windows 95 platform, connecting > through I-Connect 7.20.TD1 Runtime, hitting an Informix 7.20.UC2 > database on a Silicon Graphics Challenge XL server.
