Restore a database on another server

Hi, I should restore one database from a server SERVER1 - ol_name1 to another server SERVER2 - ol_name1. On that tape you could find four databases : ol_name1 db1 db2 db3 db4 I only need one table from db1. What is the best way to do that ? Is it possible to restore only that dbspace or do I have to restore rootdbs and that space. Is it possible to restore that database under ol_name2 ???
