Informix 11.70UC5 Innovator-C Crashes when select
I had a situation where I have Informix 11.70UC5 Innovator-C (Downloaded
after recent license changes) and I miss clicked on the "Onbar Activity" in
OAT and the engine crashed. This happens every time I select "Onbar
Activity" in OAT.
I know that onbar is not supported in Innovator-C, but it should not crash
the engine.
After digging in the OAT code I saw that it does the select "select skip 1
line from sysbaract_log where offset > -10000".
When I tried this select in the sysmaster database (select * from
sysbaract_log) I received the error "-244 Could not do a physical order read
to fetch next row, -101 ISAM error file is not open".
Here is the assert failure information from the online.log file:
