TSS?!

Hi, I received a message from one of my developers to tell me there was a problem with TSS and that I should increase it - looking through the archives of this group and the discussions on TSS it appears that the problem should be solved by the developer re-coding their problem. However this might not be possible as we are using third party delivered software. So is there anyway to increase TSS (I have checked the manuals and there is no doco that I can find to support this). Or do we tell the third party to re-code there software. thanks bridget - We are on Informix Dynamic Server 730UC5
