Are you for real? Wake up and smell the roses! Should I or you lose ("loose") my job, there are plenty of other headhunters drooling for the opportunity to fill a gap. Ed/Donna are not the only fish in sea. You're taking a pessimistic point of view. I have 5yrs+ experience, plus another 9yrs with Progress 4GL. Converting to Informix wasn't that tough. Converting to something else would be easier now. If you truly have NINE quality yrs experience with Informix, you should have NO problems finding another job. >I do not like headhunters, but here is someone that is specilizing in Informix >Positions nationwide. This is unique and when you get a pink slip it is always >nice to know that Donna and Ed are out there. Personally I have been using >Informix 4GL for NINE years now, and I have spoken to Donna on a few occassions >She is not the type that calls and says HEY I GOT A JOB FOR YOU - LEAVE WHERE >YOU ARE. She may do it once, but she will not drive you crazy like some of >these people do. If you want her to help you she will. Well after this plug, Donna will probably make you VP of Marketing (Informix only jobs) and your job hunting days will be over... >We all have a specific skill - Informix. And if we need work doing it it is >nice to know that Donna and Ed are there specializing in Informix Positions. I agree, its nice knowing where they are. It doesn't mean they can plaster redundant commercials to the newsfeed. >I would request that they only post Informix Positions on the Informix area, Obviously, Ed's not considering requests at this time... >but I hail Donna and Ed's work. You will appreciate them when you need them ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I agree 100% with you on this. Let's get this stuff out of this newsgroup and we can contact Ed/Donna when we need them. Bob Beaulieu bobb@netcom.com >as it is harder to find an Informix position then and Oracle or Sybase, so >keep on helpping us all and let us know what is out there Donna and Ed!!!!! > >Stuart Litel
