When you post, please do not use HTML. doing a " finderr -408" reports: --------------- -408 Invalid message type received from the sqlexec process. This internal error indicates a problem in the communication between the database server and the library functions that call it. Make sure that your program software is compatible with the database engine in use. If the error recurs, please note all circumstances and contact Informix Technical Support. ---------- Maybe you have to recompile your program since you upgraded your 4GL??? Are you compiling to Pcode or Ccode, maybe that's making a diff? Maybe asking a 4GL mail group instead of an engine mail group might get the answer?
