informix bbs

Hello Some time ago, someone from Informix suggested that all we developers start to use the Informix Bulletin Board Service. Recently, I had cause to register another Informix product so took advantage of the 0800 (free) phone call to ask about the BBS. I was put through (with much piped music) to tele-marketing who told me that it was not a free service or part of the assurance price we'd just paid but was a value added service. She could give me no more details than that, so I gave (once again) my company name, address, phone number and E-mail address. So far, nobody from Informix UK has got back to me so I would be grateful if anyone could give me info. regarding local access to this Informix BBS, particularly local phone access and how much it costs. Perhaps someone from Informix HQ could give UK tele-marketing a kicking. I have another outstanding situation with them (which they initiated) and they havn't got back to me on that either, and they're trying to persuade me to upgrade to the latest, greatest versions of Informix. If only they'd send me the response to my filling in of their reply paid card I'd no how to sort my diary out for March 10th. Regards Neil -- Neil S.
