Help: no more locks on NT

The setup: Netscape Enterprise Server running on an SGI trying to connect to an Informix server running on NT. I can get connected to another Informix server running on NT, but on the new server I always get the ISAM error: no more locks. I went into the onconfig files and boosted the LOCKS up to 100000 from 2000, but that doesn't seem to help. Is this a problem with the setup on the SGI side or the NT side? I looked at the server I can connect to, and the config looks the same to me. Any help would be great. Thanks, Joel
