Where in PATH variable in Windows

I was told to set the PATH variable in the user environment to include informix/bin to connect ASP pages to my Informix database with ADO, but I'm not sure where I do this.

under windows 95,98 you can set environment variables like PATH in your autoexec.bat file. you have to reboot for the variables to take effect. with NT you can set the environment by goint to start=>settings->control-panel->system->environment and set the variables there. after you APPLY the settings you can see they have immediate effect by going to a start->programs->command prompt and type "SET" to see your current settings. htm Amanda Reynolds wrote: > I was told to set the PATH variable in the user environment to include > informix/bin to connect ASP pages to my Informix database with ADO, but I'm > not sure where I do this.
