Unable to access raw table

Good Day, we are currently running on Informix 11.7 OS:Unix We are creating raw tables for BI team and transporting the tables to DR server .Our DR server is in the read only mode . When trying to access the tables eg(select from them) we get an error : You cannot access a nonlogging table (tablename)in a logged database. Even if we trying to alter the table type to standard , we get the same error. Thank you.

RAW tables are not compatible with HDR/RSS/SDS technologies. Regards. Can you describe the steps you take to create the raw tables and transport them to the DR server? Is your DR server a HDR or RSS server replicated to from a Primary server? Raw tables are not logged, so if you create/load them on the Primary server they will not be sent to the HDR/RSS server. HDR/RSS servers are read only, so you won't be able to convert raw tables to standard on these types of servers. My guess is what you are trying to do with an HDR/RSS server and raw tables is not allowed, but I would have to see your steps to be sure. You woll have to drop the table, recreate it in standard mode, and reload it while standard if you want the secondaries to have a copy of the data.
