Re: Questions about Informix/Windows connectivity

SCO's ODBC driver SQL-Retriever does not require any of the RDBMS proprietary networking software (I-Net) and provides all that is necessary to connect any Windows ODBC-compliant app (e.g. Access) for Informix 4,5,6 & 7 (SE/OnLine) on a variety of UNIX platforms (including AIX & SCO). Take a look at http://www.sco.com/vision/products/sqlretriever/ for more information and a downloadable eval.
