AIX-termcap

Hi, someone needs a termcap- entry for an X-Terminal IBM X-Station 140 The termcap-entry "aixterm" in /etc/termcap do not provide Function keys and colors. The OS is AIX(RS6000) and Informix SE 4.1 UD3. The second question is some misterious. Every time (in this environment above) the letter "D" or "d" is typed in a form or perhaps in the Editor of Query-Language in dbaccess, the system waits one or two seconds, before it continues. This situation is the same under SCO with Informix 4.1 UD3. I tried this (typing "D" in PERFORM or Query-Language-Editor) under SCO with Informix-SE 5.01 and SQL 4.11, but there was no waiting time. Is anyone in the Informix-Scene, who has seen this effect and can explain it??
