The first 12 bits (3 nibbles or hex digits) represent the chunk number.
If you reorg extents are allocated from the lowest numbered chunk in the
dbspace that has a large enough freespace to accomodate the FIRST EXTENT and
NEXT EXTENT sizes. Prior to reorging with ALTER FRAGMENT...INIT IN... you
should reset the NEXT SIZE with ALTER TABLE tabname NEXT SIZE ....
