Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I've finally backed up my logical log files, but they are still not
free. This is the output of the onstat -l command

As you can see, three of the logs are backed up, but are not being
released. The book said to take Online down to quiescent mode, which
should cause the active transactions to roll back. I tried this, but
to no avail. I've also tried forcing a checkpoint. Any ideas on how
to free these logs.
TIA
