Re: onbar & ontape question

I don't think this is the best strategy, but it might work. I believe
you would need to do a physical restore with an ontape -p and treat it
as a external restore with onbar (onbar -e). Then try to apply the
logical logs using onbar. I would be interested to hear if it works.

I have a weekly archive running to a tape drive via ontape. I do
logical log backups dailiy to a tape robot via onbar. Let's say I want
to do a level 0 restore from tape (via ontape). Can I then do a logical
restore from the tape robot using onbar? Please copy to my email
address if responding. Thank you.
