According to "Informix, DBA Survival Guide" by Joe Lumbley,
on page 260, Monitoring Virtual Processors,
"When a CPU VP does not have a thread to run, the process performs a
'busywait' .
This is a loop of instructions designed to wait a short time".
So comparing CPU VP Number 3, to CPU VP Number 1 (semops/busy waits),
I would come to the conclusion that CPU VP #3 is doing most of the work.
