how do i print a \\0 (null) to a file or print from a 4gl report

Dear Sir, I am not sure if I understand why you would want to print a null, since basically nothing would or should print. What you can do however is check the variable if it is a null then set some type of indicator which would tell you that the value is nul if test_var is null then let test_var = "null value" end if I hope that this helps.
