At one stage, we even had OL 5.03, 5.05 and 7.1 running at once. We were in the process of migrating our applications from 5.03 to 5.05. At the same time we were trying out 7.1. What you need to look out for are TBCONFIG and the version-specific variables, eg, DBSERVER (Can't recall the exact name) for 7.1. Easiest way is to write a profile for each version that sets and unsets these variables.
