Need help for loggin

Dear all, Currently I have some problem with database logging. I have two database. One of them is create with buffer log and another is no logging. All these two database logging status are not able to changed. But I need to access data from one to another. Is any good solution to do that way? I heard that it's possible to do with SPL.
