JDBC-Access to Ifx-SE on Linux

Hi, is there anybody with experiences using the Informix-JDBC-Driver V1.22 accessing the Linux-SE 7.24? I've trouble because can't get a connection. Code pieces, userName and password is setting well _and_ it works with dbaccess- // GET CONNECTION Connection con; try{ con = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:informix-sqli://jldev:1535/kfz:INFORMIXSERVER=demo_se",userName,password); }catch(Exception e){ System.out.println(e); } occurs following error: getConnection() Failed: Message: Database not found or no system permission. Vendor: -329 State: IX000 In the log file I can see following: 1998-11-19 14:17:40.173318 sqlexec jldev informix -Xkfz An attempt with localhost instead jldev:: getConnection() Failed: Message: Attempt to connect to database server (%s) failed. Vendor: -908 State: 08004 In this case nothing happens in the log file. Thanx for hints, Juergen.
