UPDATE STATISTICS without ESQL/C

Just the other minute, I said to Walt at the IIUG software archive, "I've seen so many update statistics that depend on ESQL/C or Perl or whatever." And he said, "It's a crying shame, isn't it? What's a body to do?" So I said, "Here is something blunt and simple that only needs dbaccess." And Walt praised me to the skies, then placed it on the software archive, with the archive file name of "mkupdstats". It is only tested with IDS 7.31, but should work with any IDS/OnLine version. It will *not* work with SE, but I will post something to Walt to address this (probably a separate script). Flames or criticism will cause me to go sulk in my corner for a week.
