IECC agent for Linux?

Hello, Would anyone know if there is an IECC agent available for Linux? I have heard that one comes with 9.2 (Informix Foundation 2000) however I have not been able to obtain a copy to find out. I know of Onweb and ISM however I do not believe they are practical for most people. My reasoning is simple, why do I need to load a huge browser application to get a simple status.. keep it simple.
