Does Informix tech. support ask every user of Informix products on NT to run ps -ef or just us. Does anyone know if Informix has any plans to train thier tech support staff on thier NT products. Hind site is 20/20. Shannon

I'm sad to see that i'm not the only one who has problems with informix tech support the minute i mention the fact we run on NT and yes the ps-ef seems to be a stock request.
