I agree...DE's last message about Christine was WAAAAAAAAAAY out of line. I can't believe anyone could be that arrogant to confidently state things as if they were on the inside and knew EXACTLY how things work at IBM or Informix...I mean, considering he said he had NEVER WORKED at either place. THAT, my friends, is unbelievable. Yes - I agree with the right honorable Mr. Hamilton - I think most of us would agree that it's about time DE applied for a job on the Informix team at IBM. Rumor has it that Christine has "given up the fight" at IBM, and is pursuing other opportunities. I have always been very impressed with DE's ability to put together strategic marketing details and strategy suggestions with respect to how Informix should be handled at IBM. His insights - even without working there - could be used in numerous ways. Oh - and if he decides NOT to apply at IBM, I would suggest he become the next president of the IIUG...his continual dissertation(s) of crap, incaccurate statements, and incredible "know everything" attitude would do very well as the leader of the IIUG.
