There is no need to start sqlexecd. The SE engine, the sqlexec
process, is automatically started when it's needed by some program.
I am actually not quite sure when sqlexecd is needed. It used to be
for listening for remote tcp/ip connections. May be it's allways
needed if you use tcp/ip as opposed to named pipes or whatever it is
that's used for local connections only.
