Any concern if use JDBC 15 to connect with IDS 14.10.FC10W2?

Could I ask for advice if any concern to use JDBC version 15 with IDS 14.10.FC10W2? Would there be any back-compatiblity concern? Could we hit some performance issue if use this higher version of JDBC driver? Where could we get information from, regarding the difference between JDBC 4.50 and 15?
