Sorry Frank, Innovator-C v11.70 & 12.10 DOES have a storage limit if you
want to be compliant with your license. The limit, as stated before is 8GB
on disk. Here's the link to the official "Unofficial" feature and

Innovator-C is free for any use except to redistribute. If you want to
distribute Innovator-C (for example embedded in your product) then you have
to negotiate a redistribution agreement with IBM and pay for each copy you
distribute (the cost per copy is normally not a lot - counted in a few
thousands of $$ rather than tens of thousands or more).
But to use it within your own organization, no sweat and no cost.
