Isn't this covered in the FAQ? If not, it should be.
The UNLOAD command is not an ESQL/C command; it can neither be used as an
ESQL/C statement nor can it be prepared.
It is a bolt-on, fabricated command provided by ISQL, DB-Access, I4GL and
NewEra. You either have to work out how to do it yourself -- it isn't
incredibly difficult, though it is not trivial either -- or you find
something which already does (SQLCMD in the c.d.i archives springs to mind,
but then I wrote it), or you work out how I4GL does it and use the I4GL
library, or ...
