question about Index Pages

Hello all.
I am trying to calculate the space used for tables and indexes for make a
disk reorganization of my database.
The gry point is how to estimate the rigth size of an index.
I have near 2.5k indexes so making an oncheck -pt its a hard task... not
impossible !!!
Just wanting some clue about querying sysmater.
But also found in perfomance guide that there is a factor named propunique
that is relative to uniqueness of an index.
So the recursive question, is, (in fact i dont remember) how to look for
the uniqueness for a given key.
Thank you in advance and best regards.

Are you trying to estimate space for new indexes or find out how much space
existing indexes are taking up?
If it is the latter, try this:
select dbsname, tabname, npused
from systabnames st, sysptnhdr sp
where st.partnum = sp.partnum
and ncols = 0
and nrows = 0
and nkeys = 1
