Help! Informix 908 error

Once our system gets congested, we are experiencing 908 errors. Currently, we have seven dbserver aliases set up and during the morning hour, our connection speed is lightening fast. But during peak hours, our system times out with a 908 error. For example, I go into dbaccess and try to connect within one of my aliases (TLI) and it will timeout with a 908 error. Increase the number of available connections per alias in the NETTYPE parameters in the ONCONFIG file (the third field). Art S. Kagel
