sort with access program is not working

I have the following Problem and I need tips to solve my current
problem.
I tried separately:

1. CSDK2.81.TC1
2. CSDK2.81.TC2
3. CSDK2.81.TC3
=20
and I found that the query with MS-Access program will not work
correctly and here is the query:

SELECT soshh_lab.mtknr, soshh_lab.pnr
FROM soshh_lab
WHERE (((soshh_lab.mtknr)=3D27255))
ORDER BY soshh_lab.pnr;=20
And I got the following error:
=20
ODBC-Error
[Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]ORDER BY column (pnr) must=20
be in select list. (# -309)
=20
I did and tried the same SQL direct into the DB using ISQL --> it works.
But if I use the same query within MS-Access Program and I alliance my
table through ODBC. I get always the ERROR just as written above.

I tried the same query but without order by it will be works fine. But
the sort it will not work. I think my problem is with the CSDK and I
need to solve this problem.

4GL: 7.32.UC2

Well, with all those different CSDKs all generating the same error
maybe MS Access is generating some rubbish?
is this an MS access generated query/ can you turn off the tablename in
front of the column bname
or how about "order by 2"?

I have similiar issues with the IBM ODBC drivers. Try the trial drivers from
OpenLink or DataDirect and see if they fix the problem.
